All photos are provided to the client using flashdrives or a personalized download link.

A $25 non-refundable deposit will secure your date/time.

The deposit will be applied to your first hour.

 

CORPORATE EVENTS:

• Event sessions are $200 per hour. The day can include mingle shots, group photos, as well as celebratory and award moments.

• Each session includes time spent and the professional edits.

• Photos from the session will be available on a flash drive or a download link.

 

​CORPORATE HEADSHOTS

• Photo sessions are $175 per hour. (pro-rated per each quarter hour from arriaval)

• One Headshot; 2 positions and participant chooses their favorite at the time of sitting.

• Delivery of chosen headshot of each participant will be sent to their main office by online link or flash drive. ​

• Corporate materials and webpage licensing is included. 

• Ask me about licensing regarding photos used for extended commercial purposes.

• For Corporate or Business events over 50 miles away, there is a gas surcharge of $10 for each 50 miles.

FAMILIES

• One hour photo sessions for families is $200 per hour.

• Shorter, pro-rated sessions are available for the family, conducive to busy toddlers

• Each session includes time spent, and professional editing of five poses.​

 

SENIOR PORTRAITS

• One hour photo sessions for Seniors $175 per hour

1. Creative senior shots at a site of your choice, or in studio.

2. Generational group photos, families and couples, at a local location of your choice,

3. Each session includes three favorite photos. Additional photos from the session, suitable for print and online, are available on a flash drive or download link at at $20 for each photo, or 10 for $150 per individual.

WEDDINGS

      Packages are all inclusive at $250 per hour and includes digital photos of each major key moment.​​

• The day of the wedding can include all the fun shots of the wedding party, family, first look, first dance, bouquet toss and more.

• Depending on the number of hours and guests, a second photographer at the same rate may be needed and will be considered in the estimate and final invoice.  

• Additional photos from the session, suitable for print and online, will be available on a flash drive or download link.

PROM: Prom photo rates are $200 per couple for an hour session, $125 for Singles. ($50 for each additional half hour) 

• Includes the session, professional editing and each individual's 3 favorite digital photos. 

• All photos are delivered via flash drive or download link.

Multiple couples are welcome to band together. The more the merrier.​​​

        REAL ESTATE​

• The basic rate is figured per hour, $175. For reference, a regular 1200 sq foot house will generally take about an hour for a session. High end and larger square footage homes take longer and prorated individually, considering time spent for special features of the home and necessity of a crew. Photos sized for online presentation are delivered via Google Drive.

• Real Estate Sunset shots are done at the golden hour and is a separate, additional sessions at $100 for half an hour.

• ​FORMS OF PAYMENT

• I take Venmo, Cash App, checks and cash. A 25.00 non refundable appointment security is preferred, and will be applied to your final invoice.

• PROCESS

• My turnaround time is usually 24 hours and I will send you the link of your edited favorite chosen photos. Those choices may be made on site at the time of the session, using my tablet.

• There is always some light editing to do to improve the photos, like hair flying etc. I can even take out that odd person wandering into the shot. Extensive editing can be requested.
