At River Tree we believe that service to the customer is premium. YOU are important to us. That is why with River Tree we try and make things simple. There are no hidden charges or surprises. Our terms are basic and straightforward with an estimate in writing. Easy, painless and reasonably priced. If there are changes to your site after the initial estimate, an addendum will be authorized first.

We know every business has their own unique marketing needs and design ideas. Therefore, River Tree designs every site especially for the customer. Your site will be one of a kind and there will not be another one like yours on the internet.

Considering the varying and unique designs, an estimate and over all costs is offered after a consultation. River Tree charges $60 an hour. A small business wanting a moderate site with just 4 or 5 pages will probably take about 40-60 hours to create, test and tweak. More complicated sites with drop down menus, photo shadowboxes, flash, and rotating designs will naturally take more time.

We use any hosting server of your choice. This allows you to have access to your account at any time and maintain control over your files and domain name. Even though we have our favorite servers, we also recommend other reliable companies with special features. We can also transfer your site files and domain name from your present server to another.

• River Tree will begin by drawing up a couple of design ideas based on the initial consultation and then discuss changes with the client. We feel the client should have as much control over their site as they desire
• After the initial consultation, where River Tree finds out what the specific needs are for your site, we will send a written estimate with an outline of work requested.
• Design changes made to the project after it has been approved, will be invoiced. Invoices are billed and payable on a monthly basis based on the work accomplished. We have found this is helpful for the client who is keeping an eye on costs and/or may have delays for one reason or another.
• A deposit of 50% of the initial estimate is suggested after a design is approved.  We have found that payments through the Secure PayPal site works best for online payments.
• DON'T FORGET ABOUT MAINTENANCE. A web site is a living thing. It needs to change frequently or it will die. Ask about River Tree's training classes and/or maintenance contract.
