Scott Blue is a composer and musician originally from Colorado . He began performing, composing and teaching while still in grade school.

After a few years of private study, he attended the University of Denver , then Montgomery College in Rockville, MD. While in the DC area, he continued private study before recording in Hawaii, then settling in Hollywood for several years.

More schooling included Los Angeles City College and Trebas Institute of Recording Arts. He composed and recorded the theme song for the radio broadcast "The Cutting Edge", as well as producing its first show.
